This introduction to arranging focuses on the concepts of rhythm, harmony and form as applied to the principles and techniques of writing and arranging for the rhythm section in conjunction with a lead-line for a solo instrument or voice. 3:0:0 Prerequisite: Materials of Music 1203 or equivalent.
